Copper’s lineage is from an old line of field Golden Retrievers with talent galore. Copper bears the prestigious title of MNH (Master National Hunter). This title is only awarded to retrievers passing at least three of the challenging and difficult hunt tests, over a ten day period at the yearly AKC Master National Hunt Test trial. Copper has ‘four’ passes! In addition Copper has the honor of being one of 33 Golden Retrievers to achieve the GRCA Hunt Test Hall of Fame title for his achievements. Copper’s beautiful dark gold color is off set by his dark pigment and eye color. Good structure, strong top-line and a pedigree bearing health and longevity. MeMe has been a star in field events and possesses natural good marking ability and memory, willingness to be a team player, high energy, and a great water attitude. MeMe earned her Senior Hunter title and Working Certificate Excellent titles early in 2016 and has earned 4 passes for her Master Hunter title later in 2016 . MeMe has a JAM (Judges Award of Merit) from a Derby stake she ran in as a very young dog. Most recently she competed in the Qualifying Stake at a Canadian field trial earning a Reserve Certificate of Merit. MeMe will be finishing her MH title in 2017 along with competing in Qualifying Stakes…..then we will see what the future holds in store……
The MeMe x Copper combination should produce dark gold pups with great dark pigment. The puppies will be well suited for a variety of dog sports be loving family companions, hunting, hunt tests, obedience, agility, field events, dock diving, etc. An active lifestyle will be enjoyed by the MeMe x Copper puppies.
